These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Breeze (“Company”, “Breeze”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or entity accessing or using the Breeze application, website, platform, or related services (“Platform”).
By accessing, registering, creating an account, purchasing tickets, becoming an EXP Creator, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
For the purpose of these Terms:
Breeze operates as a technology platform and marketplace intermediary connecting Users with independent EXP Creators.

Breeze does not act as:
Breeze does not control, supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any Event created or operated by an EXP Creator.
Each EXP Creator operates independently from Breeze.
EXP Creators are solely responsible for:
Breeze does not verify, guarantee, or endorse any EXP Creator, Event, information, service, or representation made by an EXP Creator.
Users acknowledge and agree that participation in any Event is at the User’s own risk.
Breeze shall not be responsible or liable for any matter arising before, during, or after an Event, including but not limited to:
Breeze shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, misconduct, or failure of an EXP Creator.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breeze shall not be liable for:
Breeze’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount directly paid by the User to Breeze for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Users must create an account using a valid mobile phone number.
Users may be required to provide:
Users warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Users are solely responsible for:
Breeze shall not be liable for unauthorized account access resulting from User negligence.
Users agree not to:
Breeze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
All tickets purchased through Breeze are:
Users acknowledge that purchasing a ticket does not create any contractual relationship between Breeze and the User regarding Event performance.
The Event obligation remains solely between the User and EXP Creator.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Breeze does not control and is not responsible for:
Users acknowledge that payment processing is subject to third-party terms.
Breeze reserves the right to charge service fees, platform fees, or other applicable charges for Events.
Fees may be determined based on:
EXP Creators authorize Breeze to deduct applicable fees from transactions or request payment separately.
All Events submitted by EXP Creators are subject to Breeze review.
Breeze may:
any Event or EXP Creator account at its sole discretion.
Breeze approval does not represent endorsement, guarantee, or assumption of responsibility.
For legitimate business purposes including:
Breeze reserves the right to assign up to four (4) Breeze representatives to attend any Event listed on the Platform.
EXP Creators acknowledge and agree that Breeze representatives shall receive:
EXP Creators shall not restrict or deny such access.
In the event of any dispute involving:
all parties agree to cooperate with Breeze’s investigation process.
Breeze may review:
By using Breeze, Users and EXP Creators expressly acknowledge and agree that Breeze has authority to issue a final platform decision regarding ticket disputes, account actions, platform access, and marketplace matters. Users and EXP Creators agree to respect and comply with Breeze’s final decision.
Breeze does not permit objectionable, offensive, abusive, misleading, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content on the Platform.
Users may report an Event or EXP Creator through the in-app reporting feature if they believe content or behavior violates these Terms, applicable laws, or creates a safety concern. Reports must be truthful and submitted in good faith.
Breeze reviews all reports and, upon confirming a violation, removes the violating content and suspends or terminates the responsible account within 24 hours. Users who intentionally submit false, malicious, or fraudulent reports may also have their accounts suspended or terminated.
All moderation and enforcement decisions made by Breeze are final.
Users and EXP Creators agree to indemnify and hold Breeze harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

belongs exclusively to Breeze. No person may copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Breeze intellectual property without written permission.
Breeze may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without liability if Breeze determines that a User or EXP Creator:
Breeze reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
